The Pavillion loves to entertain! From birthday’s, hen’s parties, work and corporate functions, for Christmas functions to engagement parties, The Pavillion is #TamworthNSW's premier venue to suit any occasion. 

How soon do I need to book The Pavillion?

There is no rule about when to book but we recommend securing the venue once you have made the decision that The Pavillion is the right place for you to celebrate your nuptials. We can often book out 12 months in advance for spring and autumn weddings, so securing your date early ensures you don’t miss out.

Do you have a set timeline we need to follow for our ceremony and reception? 

We believe that the only place for cookie cutters is in the kitchen, and that each wedding is a unique reflection of a couples personality and style. Therefore, there is no set timeline for you to follow on your wedding day, but we are happy to help you plan a timeline that accommodates all the wonderful things you have planned within your hire time.

Are we able to get access to the venue the day before to setup?

If our calendar of events allows us to gain access to the venue the day before to setup, we will jump at the chance to prepare and you are welcome to join us to dress the space with your own personal touches. If we have an event the day before, we will work with you to plan an access time either later that day if time allows or coordinate a plan for the day of your wedding. We can give you plenty of time to plan a team to help you if it pans out you need to setup on the day, and of course we will help in any way we can.

If we are having elements  of our wedding outside, is there a plan in case of inclement weather? 

There certainly is! There are a number of inclement weather alternatives for your ceremony and reception - some within our grounds and others close by; some complimentary and others at a cost. The simplest option is to shift to an undercover area like the deck or indoors, and we can work with you to plan a seamless transition. You may opt to hire in a marquee for the lawn if that is more your style or even consider booking the Nemingha Hall or the woolshed at Kitty Crawford Estate on Nundle Road, Piallamore.

Is there somewhere we can get ready at the venue? 

The Pavillion does not have a bridal suite or accommodation on-site however we can offer discounted rates for the CH Boutique Hotel and can arrange a shuttle bus service to transport you to and from the hotel to The Pavillion.

Do you host more than one wedding on the same day? 

For the peace of mind of all involved, we host just one wedding per day at The Pavillion. If there is an opportunity to host one ceremony only wedding and one reception only wedding on the same day, we will discuss this with each group first to ensure each event can be conducted without a negative impact on the other.

Is The Pavillion accessible for guests with limited mobility?

The Pavillion offers easy access for those who have limited mobility or need some assistance getting about. There is a disability carpark located right by the front door, an ambulant bathroom and a ramp from the deck down to the gardens. There is a driveway that sweeps the perimeter of the property allowing for a variety of drop-off and collection zones to make the journey to the gardens a little shorter if need be.

Are there any rules about what we can use for décor?

There are a few simple guidelines we have in place for décor. We ask that any candles are enclosed within a votive, vase, vessel or holder of some type for safety purposes; and that only biodegradable confetti which dissolves in water be used outdoors. Anything pinned or adhered to curtains or hard surfaces must not leave any damage.

Do you have highchairs?

There are 3 highchairs at The Pavillion. If you require more than 3, please let us know and we can source more.

Does The Pavillion offer different packages for weekdays or winter weddings? 

Our wedding packages remain the same price year-round, however our minimum spend requirements are lesser Monday to Thursday than for a Friday or Saturday.  From time to time we may offer a winter wedding package or a special offer – check our social media pages for any special offers.

Are there areas we can have our wedding photos on the property?

The Pavillion is located within 4.5 acres of gardens so there are plenty of beautiful locations on site for photos. Once you arrive at the venue, you don’t need to go to other locations unless you or your photographer choose to.

Can we design our own menu? 

We can work with you to prepare a menu to reflect your style and budget if our current offerings are not what you envisaged for your special day.

Does The Pavillion offer drink packages?

Drink packages are not a current inclusion in our offerings. Instead, we can operate a bar tab, a cash bar or a combination of both. This allows you to tailor an offering to suit your budget, your visions for the day and your groups preferences. The tab can be completely customised in terms of the dollar limit, when it commences, what items it will cover, any special exceptions to this rule and also what you may like to do when it reaches the limit.

Can you cater for our guests with special dietary requirements?

Of course! Our team is able to cater for a wide range of dietary requirements. We do require advance notice to ensure we have suitable options prepared to give your guests the best experience possible. You won’t need to make your menu selections based around your guests’ special needs – simply make your selections from the menu based on what you have in mind, and we will prepare suitable items working with the existing menu where possible. Please note surcharges may apply to some dietary requirements that require additional preparation time or varied ingredients not traditionally stocked by our venue.
